Aquaro is a custom-built internal management panel developed for a UK-based water filtration company to centralize day-to-day operations in a single system. The platform brings together product and stock management, customer records, sales tracking, employee responsibilities, and payment status (paid/unpaid) to replace manual workflows and improve operational visibility.
This project is a custom operations management panel developed for Aquaro, a UK-based water filtration company that needed a modern replacement for its legacy system. The goal was to move critical business processes into one structured, scalable dashboard—eliminating fragmented spreadsheets and manual follow-ups.
The panel centralizes customer management (profiles, history, notes), product and inventory management (catalog, stock levels, stock status), and sales management (sales entries, assignment of responsible staff, and tracking whether a customer has completed payment). This provides clear operational accountability—making it easy to see who is responsible for each sale or service process and what the current status is.
In addition, the system includes role and permission management (RBAC) to securely control access for different team members, ensuring that staff only see and manage what they are authorized for. Built with a workflow-oriented interface, the platform helps Aquaro run daily operations faster, maintain cleaner data, and gain real-time visibility over sales performance and stock health—delivering a reliable foundation for future expansion and reporting needs.
