EventFlow is a comprehensive reservation + ticketing + business management solution designed to unify the event ecosystem on a single platform. It focuses on two core scenarios: (1) organization/reservation flows for venues and service providers (weddings, engagements, birthdays, corporate events), and (2) ticketed event flows for concerts, festivals, workshops, seminars, and similar experiences. On the customer side, users discover businesses and events through category, location, and feature-based filtering; compare service packages and pricing; and view availability before either initiating an appointment/reservation request or completing participation through ticket purchase. On the business side, providers define services and packages, manage availability through a calendar, and handle incoming requests with approve/decline workflows. For ticketed events, businesses can create events and control key parameters such as ticket categories, capacity/seat limits, sales periods, and operational rules. The platform supports ticketing operations including sales tracking, attendee lists, and ticket validation logic (e.g., QR/code-based entry checks) to help events run smoothly. Built with a marketplace mindset, EventFlow aims to deliver a fast, decision-friendly experience for users while enabling businesses to manage sales and operations from a single system.
