About the project
A two-sided beauty and wellness booking marketplace
Look Bubble connects clients with hair salons, beauty studios, spas, aesthetic clinics, nail art businesses and independent professionals. Its iOS and Android app brings customer discovery and business management into one mobile product. lookbubble.com supports product discovery and web subscriptions for businesses.
Location-based discovery and booking
Clients can search for nearby businesses, browse them on a map, compare services, pricing and team information, and select a suitable appointment time. They can also save favourites, read reviews and explore campaigns. Booking confirmations, reminders and changes are supported by notification workflows.
A connected workspace for businesses
Businesses manage service durations and prices, opening hours, team members, portfolios, promotions and incoming appointments within the same mobile product. Individual professionals and registered companies can sign up, with a workflow that prepares and emails a brokerage agreement after registration.
The availability engine generates open appointment slots based on working hours, closed days and existing bookings. Database transaction checks prevent overlapping appointments, keeping bookings consistent with the business calendar.
Shareable storefronts and subscriptions
Business profiles can be shared through lookbubble.com/b/ links, with a fallback to the relevant app store when the app is not installed. Businesses can use Bronze, Silver and Gold subscriptions. Web subscriptions use Iyzico, while mobile subscriptions use RevenueCat to support App Store and Google Play in-app purchases.
Engineering by Vectorium Technology
Look Bubble is a client project developed end to end by Vectorium Technology. The mobile application is built using React Native and Expo, with a backend API developed in Django and Django REST Framework. Background processing uses Celery and Redis; the production stack includes Docker, Gunicorn and Nginx. Firebase supports notifications and analytics, Sentry supports error monitoring, and Google Maps provides location and map features.
The team's contribution spans client discovery, the booking and availability engine, business management interfaces, subscription payments, notifications, shareable business links and the marketing website. Look Bubble is available on the Apple App Store and Google Play.
What Vectorium contributed
Look Bubble is a client project built by Vectorium Technology. The team developed the iOS and Android apps in React Native and Expo, the customer discovery and booking flows, the booking calendar and availability engine, business service and staff management, and the Django REST Framework API.
The engineering scope also includes Iyzico web subscriptions, RevenueCat-powered mobile store subscriptions, notifications, shareable business links and the lookbubble.com marketing website. The stack uses Celery, Redis, Docker, Gunicorn, Nginx, Firebase, Google Maps and Sentry.

- Conflict-Free Booking
Generates available time slots from opening hours, closed days and existing appointments. A conflicting second booking is blocked inside a database transaction.

One product supports client discovery and booking alongside business calendars, services and storefront management.

Businesses manage services, pricing, duration, staff, opening hours and portfolios, and can share profiles through lookbubble.com/b links.

Businesses create campaigns, while clients can save businesses to favourites and leave reviews about services.
- Business Subscriptions
Bronze, Silver and Gold plans are offered through Iyzico on the web and through store in-app purchases powered by RevenueCat on iOS and Android.
