SAAS & DIGITAL PRODUCTS / 04

From idea to a working digital product.

A SaaS platform, a mobile app or a marketplace: we turn your product idea into software people can actually use. You do not need a detailed specification to begin.

Together we decide what the first release must contain, then set up the product architecture, build it and keep growing it in priority order after launch.

  • We can start at the idea stage
  • From an MVP to extending a live product
  • Web, mobile and admin panel together
  1. ExperienceWeb and mobile UI, onboarding, notifications
  2. Product logicRules, states, plans
  3. Accounts and permissionsAuthentication, roles, account structure
  4. DataData model and access boundaries
  5. IntegrationsPayments, notifications, maps, third parties
  6. Administration and operationsMonitoring, releases, an admin panel if needed

01 / WHERE ARE YOU STARTING?

Which of these is closest to where you are?

We can work with all of them. Where you start decides the first step.

  1. I have an idea

We turn it into a product scope: who uses it, what the first release needs and what we leave for later. A specification is not required.

  2. I want to test the market with an MVP

We define the core flow and build a first release you can put in front of users. The rest enters the priority list.

  3. I want to build a SaaS platform

From accounts, permissions, plans and payments, we choose together only what your product genuinely requires.

  4. I already have a product

We review the product and its codebase, then clarify the options: new features, refactoring or taking it over.

  5. I want to turn internal software into a product

We assess the account, permission and administration layers needed before others can use software that runs as an internal tool.

02 / PRODUCT ANATOMY

A digital product is more than its interface

Behind the screen the user sees are the layers that make the product work. Which ones are needed depends on the product.

  1. Experience

Everything the user sees and touches: web and mobile interfaces, first-use flow, notifications, empty and error states.

    In most products
  2. Product logic

What the product allows and how it decides: business rules, state transitions and, where needed, plans.

    In most products
  3. Accounts and permissions

Authentication, roles and, if the product needs them, organisation or team accounts.

    Depends on the product
  4. Data

The data model and access boundaries: how data is stored and who can see or change what.

    Depends on the product
  5. Integrations

Payments, notifications, maps and third-party services, only as far as the product genuinely needs them.

    Depends on the product
  6. Administration and operations

Release process, monitoring and the foundation needed to keep developing after launch; plus an admin panel where the product calls for one.

    In most products
03 / WHAT WE BUILD

What we build

We draw the scope together, according to the kind of product.

SaaS products

  • SaaS applications
  • Account, permission and administration layer
  • Subscription and payment flows (as the product requires)
  • Admin and reporting panels

Digital products

  • MVP development
  • Marketplaces and booking platforms
  • Customer-facing web and mobile products
  • Connecting web and mobile experiences

Existing products

  • New feature development
  • Third-party integrations
  • Taking over and improving a product
  • Post-release iteration
04 / REAL PRODUCTS

Real products we have built

Our published projects. Features, platforms and links come from the project records.

Products with documented subscription-related features

Products whose records document subscription flows. They describe functionality we built; they do not imply commercial usage, sales or revenue.

05 / HOW WE WORK

How we develop the product

Core first, expansion after.

  1. Define scope and priorities

We clarify the user, the core flow and where the first release stops.

  2. Set up the product architecture

Data model, roles, integration points and the admin layer, limited to what the product genuinely needs.

  3. Build and show regularly

You see working parts early and adjust priorities with your feedback.

  4. Release and later versions

After release, bug fixes and new features are planned in priority order.

Scope and duration depend on the product. We do not promise market success, growth or a specific delivery time.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What should an MVP include?

The smallest flow that shows the product’s core value: the main action, a user account if it needs one, and the minimum administration to run it. Everything else waits for a later release; we define the scope together during discovery.

I have no specification, only an idea. Can we start?

Yes. The first step is turning the idea into a scope: who uses it, what the core flow is and where the first release stops. You do not need to prepare a detailed document.

What is the difference between SaaS and custom software?

Custom software is built for the needs of a specific organisation. SaaS is a product offered to users or a market as an ongoing service over the cloud. They can overlap; an internal tool can grow into a product.

Does every SaaS product need a multi-tenant architecture?

No. Multi-tenancy is a choice; it is decided according to the product’s needs and risk profile.

Can you build subscription and payment functionality?

Yes. We build payment provider integrations and subscription flows as the product requires; the pricing model depends on the product.

Can the web and mobile experiences be connected?

Yes. Web, mobile and an admin panel can be designed together on the same backend and account structure.

Can you improve a product I already have?

Yes. We start by reviewing the product and its codebase, then clarify the options: new features, refactoring or taking it over.

How are product priorities decided?

By the value to the user, dependencies and technical risk. We decide together what the first release must have and what can wait.

What determines cost and scope?

User roles, the number of platforms (web, mobile), integrations, payment and account structure, and the state of existing systems. After discovery we share a clear range based on scope; we do not commit to timelines or outcomes.

What happens after release?

We agree the working model for bug fixes, monitoring and new features together. The product keeps being developed in priority order after release.

FIRST STEP / PRODUCT CONVERSATION

Write to us even if your idea is still a draft.

No technical specification needed. A short description of what you want to build, who it is for and what you already have is enough.

  • Your request goes straight to our team.
  • In a short call we shape the product scope together.
  • Source code and intellectual property are set out clearly in the contract.
