ENTERPRISE SYSTEMS / 05

Make your business processes work together.

When customer, order, stock, payment and team information is spread across different tools, the problem is not more software; it is getting information and business rules to work coherently. We connect your existing systems and, where it makes sense, build a new management platform.

You do not have to move everything into one application; sometimes the right answer is letting your current systems talk to each other. We can start with a single workflow.

  • We can start with a single workflow
  • We can keep and connect existing systems
  • A new management platform when needed
  1. Customerrecords, history
  2. Orderrequest, status
  3. Stockitem, quantity
  4. Paymentamount, status
  5. Teamresponsibility, tasks
  6. Reportingvisibility

01 / THE PROBLEM

Does any of this sound familiar?

The problem is rarely too little software; it is information and rules that do not agree with each other.

What you seeThe result

The same information is entered in several places

Lost time and records that do not match

Customer, order and stock data live in separate files and tools

Several places to check for the current state of one job

Work is tracked through messages and phone calls

Forgotten or delayed work

Reports are assembled by hand

Data that arrives late and is hard to trust for decisions

Payment status and order status are kept apart

Missed collections and unclear balances

It is unclear who can see what

Broader access to sensitive information than needed

02 / THE DECISION

Integration, or a new management system?

Rewriting everything is not always right. The decision depends on the state of your current systems.

ApproachWhen it makes senseWhat to watch

Improve the existing system

It does the job but is incomplete or slow

The state of the codebase and access

Connect existing applications

The tools are fine, but data is moved by hand

Each system needs an API or a data export; if not, alternative methods are considered

Build a new management platform

The process does not fit off-the-shelf tools or relies on files

Scope, data migration and a transition plan

Bring a fragmented workflow into one place

The steps of one process are spread over three or four tools

Start with a single workflow first

Run new functionality alongside legacy software

The old system works and replacing it is risky

The limits of the old system and a gradual transition

04 / REAL PROJECTS

Real operational projects

Each project shows a different kind of operational complexity. Operational areas are read from the features in the project records; there are no outcome, revenue or usage claims.

05 / HOW WE WORK

How integration work proceeds

We write what it means for the business next to its technical counterpart.

For the businessTechnical counterpart

Which information is where, and who keeps it?

System and data inventory, data mapping

How do systems pass information to each other?

REST API, file transfer or scheduled data pulls; an alternative method where access is limited

Who gets access to what?

Authentication and authorisation

What happens when something goes wrong?

Error handling, retries, logging and monitoring

Does the data stay consistent?

A single source-of-truth decision, conflict rules, reconciliation reports

How is the transition done?

Gradual rollout starting with one workflow; event-driven and background jobs where needed

Integrating with a specific vendor or product depends on that system’s access and documentation; scope is settled during discovery.

06 / CONTROL

Data access, control and continuity

With business data, the real questions are who gets access to what and what happens when something goes wrong.

What we assess and design together

  • Role-based access according to the business requirement
  • Where sensitive information is kept and who sees it
  • Logs and traceability of changes
  • Making changes to a live system gradually
  • A backup and recovery plan

Documented in project records

  • Aquaro Panel: role-based access control
  • Doktor Paneli: role-based access control

These are records of specific projects; they do not mean every project has the same controls. We make no certification or compliance claim; legal requirements are assessed together once the scope is clear.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Can you improve the software we already have?

Yes. We start by reviewing the system, its codebase and access, then clarify the options: improving it, connecting it to other systems or renewing it part by part.

Can different systems share information?

Most of the time, yes. They can be connected through an API, file transfer or scheduled data pulls. Which method fits depends on what access and documentation each system offers.

Do we have to replace everything?

No. Keeping systems that work is often the more sensible path. We only recommend a new management platform when the process does not fit your current tools.

Can we start with just one workflow?

Yes. Putting a single flow in order (for example order and stock tracking) reduces both risk and migration effort. Next steps are planned from there.

Do you build internal management applications?

Yes. We build applications that bring customers, stock, sales, payment status, team responsibilities and reporting into one panel.

Can the solution grow as our needs change?

Yes. We build in stages and think about the data model from the start, so new modules or connections can be added later.

How are permissions and data access handled?

Which role can see and change what is decided together according to the business requirement and designed as role-based access. We cannot offer an absolute security guarantee; we work with least-privilege and traceability in mind.

What information do you need to assess our project?

The tools you use, where each piece of information is kept, the workflow where the problem occurs and how many people use the system. You do not need to know the technical details.

What determines cost?

The number of workflows in scope, the systems to connect and their access, user roles, data migration needs and the state of existing systems. After discovery we share a clear range based on scope; we do not commit to timelines.

How is this different from custom software development?

Custom software is an application designed for a specific need. This service focuses on getting several systems, records and workflows to work together consistently. They can overlap; a project may need both a new application and integrations.

How does it start?

A short conversation to understand the workflow where the problem occurs, then we shape scope and priority together. You do not need to prepare a technical specification.

FIRST STEP / WORKFLOW CONVERSATION

Which workflow would you like to put in order?

You do not need to describe it in technical terms. Tell us which part of your business you want to improve or connect and which tools you use.

  • Your request goes straight to our team.
  • In a short call we pin down the workflow where the problem occurs.
  • Source code and intellectual property are set out clearly in the contract.
