Yıkamacım Var is a custom-built mobile booking and operations management system developed by Vectorium Technology for a single car wash business client. Customers can schedule a service by selecting their location and preferred time through the mobile app, while the business manages appointments, services, pricing, campaigns, and payment/notification workflows through a modern admin dashboard. Yıkamacım Var is a custom software project delivered by Vectorium Technology to help a single car wash business eliminate the classic pain point of wasting time in car wash lines and dealing with manual coordination. The goal was clear: replace phone calls, address explanations, and on-site waiting with a fast, frictionless mobile experience that feels “smooth as silk.”
The solution was developed end-to-end as two main components: a customer-facing mobile application and a modern admin dashboard for the business. On the customer side, the flow is designed to be instant and intuitive—users open the app, pinpoint their location in seconds, choose a preferred time slot, and the service arrives right at their doorstep at the scheduled time. This removes unnecessary steps and reduces decision fatigue, which is critical in mobile products where users quickly abandon apps that feel complicated.
On the business side, the admin panel provides centralized control over appointments, service definitions, pricing, campaigns, and operational planning, enabling the team to manage daily workload efficiently from a single place. Payment and communication/notification workflows were integrated to support a complete service journey, while time-consuming processes (such as scheduled reminders or bulk messaging) were handled through background tasks to ensure performance and scalability. The project was initiated in December and successfully delivered within approximately two months as a production-ready system.
